when you book lets say a 5 hour package, we arrive 2 hours before hand to set up we also take another 1 1/2 hours to pack up, leading up to the event we have one to two face to face meetings, behind the scenes we are collecting items for your drink garnishes, washing the van , packing the van, checking co2 bottles are filled for kegs, going to the printers to arrange and collect your personalised bar menu, organising staff, travelling to your function and so on and so on, your 5 hour function is actually around 15 hours work for us
